To return an item:

2. Ensure items have no signs of use and include original tags and documentation.

3. Package products in original packaging.

4. Use the return label provided.

You are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend tracking your return. If using the prepaid label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Processing takes up to 14 days, and refunds may take 7 to 14 days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank.

To avoid dust accumulation and crushing the wreath, store it

in a hardcover container. Store in a dry location.
