PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can
return the product within 15 days. Items must be new, unused,
in original packaging, and include all documentation. Returns
that don't meet these criteria won't be refunded.
To return an item:
1. Email us at WingsofJoy.online with your order number and
items to return for a free shipping label.
2. Ensure items have no signs of use and include original tags
and documentation.
3. Package products in original packaging.
4. Use the return label provided.
You are responsible for return shipping charges. We
recommend tracking your return. If using the prepaid label,
the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Processing takes up to 14 days, and refunds may take 7 to 14
days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank.

Do not soak the tumbler, as it will soften the glue and loosen
rhinestones.
Do not Microwave
Stones may become loose over time. Disclaimer: Glass stones
may scratch surfaces such as cup holders. Use with caution.
Repair if Needed
Use a toothpick to apply a small amount of glue to the area
where a stone is missing (stones provided).
Use a birthday candle (if available), apply gentle pressure to
pick up the rhinestone & press it into the glue.
Allow 7 days for the glue to cure before handling/washing.
